Our Pre-Legal Liaison Division, searches for, locates and works through our Legal Counsel to effect garnishment proceedings and seize or levy on assets to fulfill claims that have been placed into judgment. Members of our legal division are trained in all aspects of skip tracing, civil procedures and collection law, and work directly with our legal counsel on a day-to-day basis. We utilize attorneys across the state of Oklahoma and also keep expert, local counsel on retainer to satisfy the needs of our diverse clients.
